Responsibilities:
1. Analyze shipping cost and identify opportunities in packaging,
consolidation, milk run and lead-time, etc.
2. Coordinate projects with AP team on I3PL performance, new
businesses, etc.
3. Utilize ECIP tool as method to monitor and track all projects
with divisions. Lead site workshops.
4. Reconstruct and model international logistic flows across
sites/regions. Determine and implement ideas to increase speed
and reduce total cost.
5. Refine and train organizations: logistics, packaging, etc.
6. Assist with Lean Logistics implementation in Asia and pilot
sites
7. Gather intelligence on I3Pl and competitive direction.
Communicate market trends
8. Work with regional PML's to develop lean practices in material
handling and inventory reduction
9. Special Projects
Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Requirements:
1. Strong Planning/organization/analysis/mentoring skill
2. At least 3-5 year experiences in material Control and Logistic
3. Strong analytical and problem solving capability. Strong
interpersonal and motivation skills
4. Experience in a large or international manufacturing firm
5. Experience in MRP, ERP (SAP) system use and implementation
6. Experience with ERP/SAP systems, EDI, purchasing, sales,
and production operation and APICS certification is preferred.
Language:
Good communicative English (oral and written).

1. Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office)
2. Supervisory and management experience preferred
3. Self-directed and motivated
