Responsibilities:
1. Implement product and process quality management activities
to ensure product meet company's quality requirements;
2. Conduct product and process quality planning, preventative
and corrective action through out the whole product realization
process;
3. Participate the design review and manufacturing process
review;
4. Make inspection working instruction;
5. Make process non-conformity goods disposal and find the
corrective actions;
6. Carry out process problem statistics and analysis, customer
failure analysis, and drive improvement;
7. Support the supervisor to implement the ISO9001 quality
system, and successful passing the entire factory audit which
done by the third party.
Education:
Major in Mechanical or Engineer related, Bachelor Degree
Requirements:
1. More than two years working experience, household appliance
area is preferred;
2. Have experience of product quality management; know the
mechanical machining, spray painting, moulding and assembly
processes quality control;
3. Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem
and prevent the problem happened again;
4. Be familiar with ISO9001 system and basic QC tools;
5. Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word,
etc.);
6. Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must.
Language:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and
Chinese;
