Objective:
This position directs and coordinates activities required
to finalized product specification with all domestic customers
and international customers. This position directs and coordinates
the reviewing of catalyst test data from Shanghai and oversea
lab. to ensure that the product confirms to specifications.
The incumbent is also responsible for PPAP preparation to
meet customer requirement. This position also includes to
audit all QC paper work and testing for confirmation to Quality
Control Plan and distribute Quality Reports for customer shipments
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain product specifications.
2. Participate in all technical transfer and APQP and quality
control planning team activity as an active member. This is
a requirement which must be undertaken to assure the catalyst
is produced properly and defines area critical to the assurance
that proper controls are in place to meet specifications
3. Revise QC testing procedures, requirements and /or forms
whenever specification changes. Directs and coordinates XRF
test correlation studies with oversea and customers.
4. Review all data report from Shanghai and oversea lab. With
this data determines if the product meets specification and
directs preparation of final catalyst certificate for distribution
to customers
5. If a product is found to be out of specification, this
position will contact Production, Chief Process Engineer,
QC and MC and Oversea QC/QA to determine the cause of the
failure and initiate corrective action.
6. Prepare and submit PPAP
7. Maintain and report production lot information
Education:
Minimum college level with background in Chemistry or Science
helpful
Requirements:
1. 3 years QC/QA work related experience, statistic knowledge
and family with Quality Assurance system required by automotive
indurtry
2. Working knowledge of PC and applicable software programs
Language:
Good command of Japanese.
