Responsibilities:
1. Arrange the daily work of Mechanical Engineer.
2. Oversee company's TM operation.
3. Be responsible for all the mechanical technical issues
of related machines that arranged by technical director.
4. Control all the drawings, part list and relating document
that BHS SH need for production of related machines.
5. Mechanical drawings checking, filing and secret keeping,
drawings translating.
6. Confirm and release the part list in AS400 according the
work number, modify part list in AS400 if need.
7. Ensure correction of all technical documents, drawings,
part list…especial for part list （BOM） with work number in
AS400.
8. Control the ECN: make and release ECN in time
9. Assistant to PS. Dept to evaluate the supplier's technical
ability, explain the technical requirement, audit the supplier's
producing process…
10. Support Prod. Dept to solve technical problems on site
11. Make decision for special acceptance of the urgent parts
on technical side.
12. Grasp more 'Know How' about the machine and pay continuous
attention to competitor's relating technique
13. Be active to suggest German TM to change structure, material,
and tolerance and so on to improve quality, function, and
efficiency and reduce cost.
14. Cooperate with other related Dept.
15. Prepare the relating technical regulation and criterion.
16. Finish other works assigned by the director.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with related mechanical design software, SE is
preferred;
2. Familiar with machining process for turning, welding structure
parts;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
