Responsibilities:
1. Lead the process & system audit in local suppliers
2. Monitor the quality performance of suppliers for problem
resolution and continuous improvement
3. Act as interface between plant and supplier in communication
in case supplier quality problem happens
4. Assist to identify and evaluate potential local suppliers
together with team for localization projects
5. Communicate DCSS's specific quality requirement to local
suppliers for supplier quality management
6. Provide training to local suppliers to develop their capability
7. Working closely with buyer/engineering etc. for local supplier
development
Education:
University degree in engineering is preferred
Requirements:
1. At least 3~5 years as a Supply Quality Engineer or Quality
Engineer in plant
2. Adequate knowledge of supplier quality standards, procedures,
and tools in industry.
Language:
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Personality:
1. Good interpersonal skill and communication capability
2. High analytical and problem solving ability.
3. Willing to work hard and travel frequently to local suppliers
