Objective:
To provide the support to the General Manager the necessary
secretary assistance
Responsibilities:
1. Keep files of documents and maintain confidential files/
information for the General Manager.
2. Communicate the instruction of General Manager to the department
director accurately.
3. Prepare summery report on bookings for the General Manager
review.
4. Prepare JM (S) Monthly Operation Report for the General
Manager review.
5. Assist to the General Manager with daily affairs.
6. Answer telephone calls and takes messages.
7. Keep close communication with JM people.
8. Assist in scheduling and arranging the meeting.
9. Support administrative affairs when needed.
Education:
University education, majoring engineering, training on business
and management skill
Requirements:
1. Two years experiences on business or manufacturing.
2. Three years experiences on secretary.
3. The management experiences with higher communication skills
preferred.
4. Knowledge and skill of manipulating computer.
Language:
English orally and written skills.
